•It was a happy accident that connected us to Jake. After first being recommended to another agent, Jake stepped in to help as there were some availability issues. We first met him as we were going to take a look at a house that had only recently been on the market. From that point forward, you would be hard pressed to find anyone more responsive, capable and helpful. Every time my wife or I messaged Jake, he was back to us in one form or another. "Hey Jake, we really like this house that came on the market 10 minutes ago, can we see it tonight?" "I will contact the Agent and see about it" **15 minutes later** "Okay, does six work for you?". This is honestly what happened for the time we worked together. I don't know if he was working with anyone else at the time, but he made us feel like we were his only clients. That customer service aspect was one of the greatest experiences I have had in what is, really, a highly stressful environment. He was a calming voice from beginning to end and so willing to help at any point, answer any questions and entertain any fleeting fancy that all I can say is that I would recommend him to anyone who asked. Jake is the guy who can navigate the whole process from beginning to end and not stress you out with any technical work/struggles that may ensue. If you want someone reliable, responsive and knowledgeable: look no further.
