•We've known David from our Lakeside neighborhood and are aware of his work in the area. When my aunt passed and we needed to sell her home, we thought of contacting David immediately. David was very helpful throughout the process of selling my aunt's home. We had the walk-thru and he suggested things I could get fixed immediately. He checked on our progress in packing up my aunt's belongings. He and Gordon even helped moved a dining room set to the garage. He recommended the staging company and they also did a very good job. The house looked fantastic and very impressive. He recommended the repairman when we were stuck with fixing the walk-in bath tub and he did a fantastic job. He set a date for the open house and it was very well attended and sold in about two months.
