•When it was time for us to sell our home and purchase a new one, we immediately reached out to Jenny for assistance. We knew her personally and there was no one else we would trust to handle this transaction. Our home sale was unique as we approached by a utility company to sell our house under eminent domain. After coming to an agreement with the company and accepting that we needed to sell our newly upgraded home, we needed to navigate a tricky path of timelines, dual closings, payouts and home purchasing. We were adamant that we wanted to stay with what we were currently leaving, we did not want to downgrade. We loved our home – its location, size, acreage. Having to find that in this economy in the same location was next to impossible. During this time, we felt like Jenny was working just for us. When we found houses we wanted to look at, she was there. We found a lot, but none were just right. She provided great advice, communication and direction. When we found our dream home she negotiated with the seller regarding our crazy issue (we had the purchase offer on our old home, but we didn’t know when the utility would be able to close, if they would close, if they would change their mind, etc). She kept us on task and helped with all aspects of the "old" home closing with the utility co. She was in constant communication with us and the sellers agent, so we knew where we were at every step of the way. In the end, we purchased our dream home, under the timeline agreement we made with the seller, saving out of pocket $$ that we offered the sellers in the event we didn’t close on time. We wouldn’t trust anyone else to handle this transaction for us!!
