I have not had many experiences with Realtors, and the few I had experiences with, Hank is one of the best. Hank took a lot of time and effort to provide a plethora of homes to visit. Even though the drive to the areas were pretty far in distance, Hank made the time and gave a 100 effort in trying to find "the perfect" home that we wanted! We viewed quite a few, and when we thought our "perfect" home was out there, Hank gave another go and found some homes in a different price range-just to see if they may fit more along with the type of home we were hoping to find. Well, wouldn't you know it-after some time of looking and losing any hope of finding "our future dream home" ...Hank found us the perfect place! It is beautiful home and we could not be happier! Hank had to help in getting the "right" price for us to able to purchase the home and he was able to help us do that with little effort. Hank is reliable, helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable about both sides of the reality market. I could not have asked for a more efficient and responsive agent. If Hank didn't have an answer to a question, he was quick to get that answer. If I had an issue, Hank was quick to resolve that issue. Hank is prompt in meeting times and in paper work. Hank is proficient in every aspect of helping one find a perfect home for you and your family. There were times we needed Hank-on days he should be "off"-but he was always available to answer even the inane questions. Hank made you feel as if you were his only client...he makes you a priority. I would highly recommend Hank for buying or selling your home. I know I will be sending all my friends and family to him. I do not usually go Out of my way to do write ups on people...but I made an exception for Hank-because he is that good!
