•Chris put this deal together for me in littorly minutes before best and finals were to be ended. His actions and communication with me are truly second to none! We usually all have room for improvement, NONE here! Can't think of a single thing that could have been different or improved! I know other realtors, but came across Chris Steven's by accident, and turned out to be my lucky day. This was a small monetary land purchase and he treated me like I was buying a 5 million dollar property and as if he was making huge commission, not the case, still treated, communicated, and worked hard as ever for me for peanuts. Commission was never a concern, simply first class help and experience extended on behalf. Extremely grateful and 100% satisfied!!!! AAA # 1 with my experience and will bypass friends who are realtors to use Chris Steven's again!
