•After not being able to sell my house for 2 years with my old agent, I met Ryan. He sold my house within 6 months and helped me find and negotiate for my new house. He was terrific! Very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend him highly.
After my mother passed away, I needed to engage a realtor to sell her house. Once I interviewed several realtors, I chose Ryan Struble based on his enthusiasm, his history of results and his caring and friendly personality. Even before I chose him, he gave me useful tips to get ready to sell the house. He was straightforward about his fees, and was realistic about what price I could expect to get for the house (and ultimately I got more than that price.) As my realtor, he always returned my communications in a timely manner. He continued to give good advice and helped me even in ways that weren't specifically part of the job of a realtor. For example, more than once, he met people (not potential buyers) at the house, which saved me the time and trouble of driving far to do it myself. He did whatever he could to move the sale forward. There were no negatives to my experience with Ryan.
