•We were renting an home and our landlord suddenly gave us a 60 day notice that we had to be out of the property. We looked for other homes to rent but rent were extremely expensive, almost as much as a mortgage and we have pets which made it even harder to find a place to rent.We started to consider buying our own home instead of renting but we were in a time crunch and didn’t know if it would be possible to find a home in such a short period of time. We talked to Josephine about our situation and she got the ball rolling. She helped us get pre approved and immediately started to show us homes as many as 8 a day. She wanted to make sure that we found a home within the amount of time we had and she delivered! We are now homeowners and couldn’t be happier! Josephine did a fantastic job!
