•Although I have worked with several different realtors in many markets Mariana Donahue was recommended and was the first to respond to my inquiry for a showing. Mariana was able to put a deal together on a property within 24 hours despite at least two other interested buyers. She recommended a strategy that would work to avoid counter offers and close the deal in my best interest. After the transaction was secured Mariana worked tirelessly and contacted me daily to arrange for all of the necessary items to close the deal as quickly as possible within 30 days including home inspections, appraisals etc. Mariana also kept in regular contact regarding financing progress as well. The service didn’t end after the closing date as she was able to retrieve property that was promised as part of the sale from the home stagers. Mariana’s local market expertise specifically was in the coastal areas of Orange County was a tremendous help in our home search. Mariana Donahue comes with my highest recommendation if you want to work with someone who is knowledgeable, has maximum integrity, and follows the transaction from beginning to after the sale is made. Count my wife and myself as fans as we will be recommending her to our friends, business associates etc.
