•I can’t say enough good things about Mike Burgess. He helped me search for a home for over a year, and throughout the entire process, he never once pressured me, rushed me, or made me feel like I needed to settle. I’m honestly an extremely anxious person (and probably drove Mike a little crazy at times 😂), but he was always so patient, warm, and reassuring. I sent him messages at 1 AM when I was overthinking, stressing, or worrying about something, and somehow he always knew exactly how to calm me down. He was funny when I needed a laugh, honest when I needed the truth, and supportive when I needed reassurance. Mike was always completely straight with me. If he didn’t think a house was the right one for my kids and me, he told me. He never pushed me to make an offer just because it could have benefited him, and he never wanted me to rush into something I wasn’t completely comfortable with. What meant the most to me was genuinely feeling like he cared more about getting my kids and me into our perfect home than he cared about making a sale. That made all the difference. He bent over backwards to do everything he could to help me find a home that met our needs, navigate every stressful part of the process, and ultimately get my offer accepted. He went above and beyond for us in ways I’ll never forget. After looking for over a year, we finally found our home, and I truly don’t think I could have asked for a better person to have beside me through the process. I am forever grateful for Mike’s patience, honesty, kindness, humor, and dedication. I will always refer him to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home. If you want a realtor who genuinely puts his clients first and treats you like a person rather than a commission, Mike is your guy. 🏡❤️ Thank you for everything, Mike!
