There is not enough that can be said about Matias, he’s hard working and dedicated to you

There is not enough that can be said about Matias, he’s hard working and dedicated to you. Matias would take the time to show houses even on the weekend, always responds back to phone calls and answers questions no matter what. Not being the most familiar area it was good to hear honest feedback about areas from Matias, I would highly recommend Matias to everyone I know. His reputation precedes him, he was recommended to me before when I was renting a house and I’ve stuck with him through purchasing.

There is not enough that can be said about Matias, he’s hard working and dedicated to you. Mr. Rosales was a breath of fresh air

Mr. Rosales was a breath of fresh air. The sale of my home was a bit unconventional as I had it listed by owner. He worked with myself and the buyer, assisted us with homes for heroes, a discount to law enforcement neither of us knew existed, was responsive and kind and knowledgeable and made a very stressful situation flow seamlessly. He went above and beyond to support both of us and our interests, assisted with each step and handled inspections and improvements when I had already moved out of the state. I can’t say enough about the value he provided me and have and will continue to recommend him to friends in the area.
