A great partner with local insight and solid communication skills.

We're relocating to the area as retirees because our son was relocated for work and we want to remain in close proximity to his family and our grandchildren. As we started to look at options, we were fortunate to be connected with Mike Vanderpool who has been a great resource and a hardworking local partner in helping us end up with both the location and home we're after. Mike showed us several options in available inventory but, when we struggled to find something that was an exact fit, he presented options for building something new that would give us exactly what we're looking for at the end of the process. He helped us find an ideal piece of property, which we purchased last summer, and introduced us to a builder who will build us the home we desire on that lot in 2025. I was transferred often during my own career and have worked with several realtors over the course of decades. I can say that Mike Vanderpool has been the best I've worked with based on his true commitment to getting us exactly what we're after and working to our timeframe rather than his own. I highly recommend Mike Vanderpool and feel like I've already made a new friend in the area.
