•My home which was lakefront on Lake Jackson had been on the market for 5 years. I had every realtor from Everybodies Best Friend to Mr. I guarantee you a sale. No one did anything but tell me to lower the price. Cousin Vinny sold my house in 6 months during the winter and the winter is a horrible time for lake homes. Not only that he raised my price back up to where I had started and I got within 5k of the asking price. Now I know that sounds great but...he also gave me the lowest seller agent commission by far of anyone else. Would I reccomend him...yes and you can take that to the bank, I did!
