•We decided to sell our home in the midst of a slowing market for short term rental properties. Bridget came to the house and gave us her honest opinion about the condition of the house (beautiful) and its marketability. She let us set our price and gave us her honest opinion that it was a good price. From that point on she kept us advised about the market in our area and the market in general. She suggested ideas for increasing buyer interest, gave her thoughts on when to change the listing price, and when to have open houses. She left it to us to decide when to change the listing price. She was never pushy and was always in communication with us. We always felt that we were her only clients and we were the most important thing to her. She was always encouraging and told us often that there IS someone looking for exactly our house. We just needed to be patient until they find it.
