•When we started thinking about purchasing a home Tommy was the first person that we called. We initially reached out with some basic questions, not sure if we were ready or qualified to purchase our first home. There was never any pressure from Tommy but he gave us all of the information we wanted (and brought up points we hadn't thought of) and let us know that he was ready to help whenever we felt the time was right. Once we decided to jump into the process he gave us a great referral on a lender and helped us through everything. I knew that he would be easy to work with after our first conversation but I had no idea how seamless the whole process could really be. Being first time home buyers we had tons of questions - Tommy was knowledgable, helpful, and available whenever we needed his insight. With very specific requirements on location, he kept us up to speed on new listings that became available and made himself free whenever we needed to see a home quickly (sometimes even same-day walkthroughs). I cannot recommend Tommy enough and will surely work with him again in the future!
