Tim and his team were fantastic with their guidance, and assistance helping us. Never once did we feel we were being pushed or rushed to make any decisions. Initially we were not sure what kind of investment property we were looking for. Tim was engaged, flexible and patient. Tim provided direct honest professional feedback to our questions, and concerns. Several times he went above and beyond our expectations researching, and finding information for us. When there were issues with our purchase, or information that wasn't clear, Tim made sure to drive the issue till conclusion, and we were satisfied with the outcome. While going through the purchase of this property, we faced several issues ranging from communicating with the Seller to our lender delaying closing due to their miscommunication. Tim made sure to reach out to all impacted parties, minimizing the risk, and ensuring that we were moving forward. We learned choosing the right real estate agent that has experience, and drive to help their clients succeed was one of the most important things we could to set our selves up for a successful purchase.
