After our first conversation on the phone and before even meeting or signing a contract he went to work and stopped by when I was out of town to look at the property and make an assessment. The professional detailed photos and marketing was more than I expected and he knew what needed to happen to quickly make the sale happen! He guided me through every step of the home selling process with incredible patience and expertise, always going above and beyond from beginning to end and helped me get more than anticipated! His responsiveness and willingness to stop by on a regular basis and check on the remodeling and just to check on it as it sat vacant was very kind! Any question I had, day or night, were answered in a timely manner making the experience stress-free and truly remarkable. Despite all the challenges with the buyers end of the deal and Eddie constantly having to bequest updates and get answers on closing thankfully he sealed the deal as quickly as possible.
