David became so important to us in our transition from beloved home to retirement community. We became a team from the start. He was a breath of fresh air--clear, honest, creative, connected, knowledgeable, diligent, friendly, genuinely helpful, forthright, patient, reasonable, available, professional yet warm and understanding of the stress of moving. We were never left in the dark about results of showings, open houses, etc. He coached well, and provided helpful resources re staging and downsizing that we were grateful for. He had an eye for what would be appealing to buyers, inside and out, and made great suggestions. His photographer was amazing. David also knew what was not essential to the selling, so we could prioritize our energy expenditures. He was dogged about generating prospects, and communicated well with industry contacts as well as potential buyers and us as sellers. He took care of details and held us close to the big picture. He always kept us in the loop, and listened, and represented our interests fairly. Our home sale occurred outside a peak selling season and during a very soft market; similar properties to ours were on the market much longer. And he took off from OUR to-do list the final home cleaning. David is a gem.
