Kyle was willing to come into the home prior to listing and gave us a very in-depth opinion of value and made suggestions on how to maximize the asking price. He gave us a referral for a person to use for our Title V certification (and in addition to being a great guy to deal with, he literally was able to save us the expense of a whole new septic system) and gave us advice every step of the way until we were ready to list the home. Our particular situation involved an estate and Kyle handled the sale with great finesse, compassion and in great coordination with the probate attorney. At the end of the process the buyer’s mortgage originator, for whatever reason, seems to have dropped the ball...thanks solely to Kyle we were able to close within a few days of the original close date (and having been an originator myself for ten years in the past) and I can tell you this was due to Kyle’s attention to every detail and superior follow up. We knew every step of the way what was happening and not happening in a timely manner. I really cannot over state and recommend Kyle as the right realtor for every sale and/or purchase. Having known many realtors over those 10 years, Kyle stands out head and shoulders above the rest.
