•We found Sergio Martinez through ads on the radio. It had been some years (16!) since we were in the market to sell a home, so we relied heavily on Sergio's expertise and advice, both of which were superb! He was very good at explaining procedures and forms. You really felt like Sergio truly cared for you as people, not just as clients. He was always very professional in our interactions. He also was extremely personable (a fellow extrovert, I believe!). He was fun to talk with, and had interesting stories to relate. And he was indeed profitable for us, which was important, since we had very little financial resources for this move (we had to get loans from family to pay for much of the expenses). The fact that he was a flat fee realtor was very helpful to the amount we finally received for the house (we saved around $13,000+ in realtor fees due to the flat fee). While Sergio did not have to do a lot of marketing of our house, due to the red-hot San Antonio real estate market, he provided many other services that gave us the most "bang for our buck." I would highly recommend Sergio to anyone who is looking for a professional, personable realtor who really knows his stuff, and can help get a profitable deal!
