Working with Caitlin was a pleasure and honor. From the very first meeting we had with her you could tell her attention to detail. She listened to what we were looking for in a house and explained the current market well. She was very patient with us as we changed our parameters during the search. During our viewings she provided wonderful insight on each home. She noted things we never would have thought of and any ways we could possibly upgrade if there were any areas we weren't sure of. She explained we may need to make compromises but to ensure whatever we felt strongly about to keep that high on our list. When offers were made, her market research was spot on and the advice provided was excellent. She always had our best interest at heart any time we made an offer. Even when things were not looking optimistic, Caitlin was always positive and reassuring. We knew we had made a competitive offer that fit what we were comfortable with thanks to her. When we finally had an offer accepted it was thanks to her hard work and dedication. Caitlin always ensured our offers were received and made sure they were competitive not just dollar wise but all the little things to help push the offer over the top. Whether it was via email, text or phone, Caitlin was very communicative and supporting. No matter how dumb our questions were she never made me feel that way and was always willing to help me out. Caitlin's communication with the other agents and her excellent personality help in more ways than we can imagine. We highly recommend Caitlin to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
