John Tabaloc is so easy to work with, he understands your needs and he is very flexible. I am from Sacramento and he travels to help me find our dream house. He very patient, proactive, friendly, approachable and negotiation skills is unbelievable. I found a house that was over my range but he was able to make it happen.
