Let me start by saying I rarely post reviews of any kind. That said, I feel compelled to in this case because if anyone deserves a Five-Star recommendation, it’s Nancy Caggia. I came to our first meeting loaded with 1,000 Questions about the Raleigh-Durham area. Not only did Nancy answer every question in remarkable detail, she happily indulged another 1,000 or so follow-up questions I had for her in the ensuing weeks. To say, “She knows every neighborhood in Raleigh" would be a gross understatement. It would be more accurate to say that she knows every street... every house... every school... every shopping center… every park bench, light post, stop sign and bike trail… But that’s not all. I should also tell you that I was a terrible Client! My search parameters were awful and I got quite used to sending Nancy last-minute texts in the middle of the night. Most agents would’ve been irritated but Nancy responded quickly and accurately, each and every time. We covered more ground, faster and more efficiently than I would have with any other realtor. Don’t waste your time looking for answers here and there. (The Internet is the worst.) If you’re considering a move to Raleigh, just call Nancy Caggia. She has all the information you'll need to make the big decision. And she gives it to you straight. Thank you for everything Nancy… mostly your patience… nice to know there’s still a few good people in the world. -j
