•Char came to my house for our first meeting, she explained the market and what to expect. she told me to contact her when I was ready. Char checked in every couple weeks to see how I was doing, I wasn't just another sale. She walked me through all the paper work and kept me up to date on potential buyers. Char gave me plenty of notice on appointments of buyers and inspections. Char made me feel secure on my sale. She also kept me in check on the purchase agreement in what the buyers wanted done. As stated I wasn't just a sale for money Char treated myself and family with respect as was with us to the sale date. Char still touches base just to say Hi. Char is very passionate about her job and knows the housing industry well. I would and have recommended her to other families wanting to sell. She always made the time to visit and set her schedule to fit mine. In other words I trust her with my and kids future, she is outstanding and a joy to be around.
