•In 35 years of marriage, this is our 7th home purchase; we've worked with a number of agents; all nice people who were professional. That stated, Megan Kempf is, without question, the best agent we've worked with. She was extremely thoughtful in her questions during our initial discussion and then worked tirelessly to help us find the right house. We never felt rushed or pushed. Once we found the house, she was terrific in both her approach to the offer and negotiation with the seller. She did a good deal of homework to ensure that your offer was in line with comparable area homes and then did additional work to determine what repair/replacement costs might be; our offer process was quick and without drama. She stepped us through the loan process and kept us informed throughout the closing. She also followed up after we closed to check on us and our new home. We highly recommend Megan without reservation.
