This amazing experience begin about two months ago. We started actively looking for our forever home, with the intentions of moving to a safer and much nicer neighborhood. We found a home in Escalon, which had to offer everything we were looking for (Right price, Great location, amazing school district and HOA FREE.) We will be completely honest with you, being that we are in a sellers market and it’s extremely hard to get under contract or get an offer accepted, we came across Don and his amazing team. He assisted us with the sale of our primary residence and the purchase of our new home. One thins our realtor Don said to us was “I can’t promise you guys that the sellers will accept the offer , but what I can assure you is that I will work two times harder to make it happen.” After a couple days of going back and forth Don got my offer accepted. We put up our house on the market and within 24 hours we had several offers on it, locking in the deal for our home is Escalon. Exactly, about four weeks into the transaction we finally moved into our home and we are enjoying it so far. We can say that we are summer ready with our pool/spa. Don was extremely communicated throughout the whole process, we were extremely happy with his hard work! This won’t be the first time we will be utilizing his services. Not only did we got our home but we started a true friendship! Thank you Don and your whole entire team team! You guys rock! Sincerely, Family Munoz/Lisea
