•My wife and I were referred to Nancy Hodge by good friends of ours who had worked with Nancy to purchase land in the Maryville area. Now we have purchased land with Nancy and will absolutely refer anyone interested in purchasing real estate in the Maryville area to her as well! It was our first time purchasing property. Nancy made sure we understood what we should be looking for. She listened to us and what we wanted and did not want and provided us with relevant suggestions. Our purchase experience was mostly from out of town and Nancy was so giving of her time. She was able to go and check out lots for us and promptly provided us with photos and her thoughts. Once we decided on a lot to purchase she walked us through the entire process and made sure we knew what to expect next. Nancy provided us with a list of builders she knows and trusts based on the experiences of her previous clients. We cannot recommend Nancy Hodge enough. That’s all there is to it.
