•Dameika was professional but also personable and easy to work with. She showed us properties we had requested but also found properties that met our criteria. She was honest as she shared information and especially helpful as we were moving from 300 miles away and needed some guidance. She made what could have been a difficult experience pleasant. I would recommend Dameika to anyone needing home buying or selling assistance.
We enjoyed working with Dameika. Dameika was very responsive to our questions and requests for information or home viewing. We feel she did an excellent job of showing us things we wanted to see as well as trying to find other homes that she thought we may like. We did eventually buy a new home, but Dameika was also very helpful during that process as well. She would help with the communication with her builder to help ensure we were treated right by them. Dameika also helped us find good financing as well so we came into the process with a pre-approval amount so anyone would take our offers seriously.
