•Five stars are just not enough for Marilyn. I wish ten stars were offered. She is just wonderful. Marilyn has been an agent for over 20 years. She is knowledgeable and well-informed about all the ins and outs of real estate, whether it is for buying or selling. I know because she has been our agent for both! She helped us buy our home in Anaheim Hills, and then when it was time to sell, we asked her to be our agent again. We wouldn't have used anyone else. She has a wonderful team around her that she utilizes along the way. She had someone to turn to for whatever we needed, from painting to yard services. Even for staging, she had someone that she had worked with for years. The best part is that we had a quick sale, and the selling price was way more than the listing price. You can't beat that!
