•Being a first time homebuyer, I was a bit nervous about the process - knowing when and where to start looking, how to plan for the future, what my criteria should be, and the plethora of information and jargon that I had very little knowledge about. Luckily, the first solid decision I made was to work with Frank Altamuro and his team. From the very beginning stages, I was in communication with Frank and his assistant, Katie, who both helped me with preliminary planning, while simultaneously easing my worries. They placed me on an automatic notification system to alert me when prospective homes became available that matched my criteria. Frank and his team were able to update my criteria as my preferences changed over time so that my prospects became more catered to what I wanted - this made the search much more promising. Flash forward to the moment that my offer finally got accepted; Frank was immediately on the ball to get things facilitated as quickly and smoothly as possible. Even with a few hurdles along the way, Frank and his team were easily reachable for questions and concerns; not to mention proactive to get things resolved. During these unpredictable and difficult times in searching for the right home, the only saving grace was working with a team like Frank Altamuro's to help guide me and treat me like a priority. I'm so grateful for all of their help and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy their next dream home!
