Let me just tell you how impressed we were with Brad. Brad knows his stuff and he is exceptionally great at what he does. He went above and beyond our expectations and made the process of buying and selling our house easy and stress free. He was always available to talk to us and answered all of our questions. He helped us make our house "move in ready" so it would sell quickly. He knows the market very well due to his experience and did a great job helping us pick the perfect asking price so we could get the most out of our investment and sell fast. I really hope we never move but if we do Brad will be the first one we call. I can't say enough great things about him but one things is true, he doesn't treat you like a client, he treats you like family.
