•Deborah saved my deal by providing me with a great mortgage referral in the final hours that let me close on time. Without her referral actions, I would not have been able to get this across the line. Otherwise, my general sentiments were: very friendly, professional, reactive (not proactive), played more of a messenger role than advisor (if I asked her for info, then she would ask the seller’s agent for it), struggled to receive consistent communication with her during the entirety of the deal, absent for the inspection, and left me wondering whether I would have gotten a better deal if I had someone more experienced at multifamily who was hungry to help me get the best deal possible.
