•Jessica helped us purchase a house in Kula. We’ve been buying/selling property on Maui and the mainland since our first home in 1987 and have found that having the right agent is the most important part of the transaction. Jessica is by far the best Realtor that we have ever worked with. She is very knowledgeable of the market. She is an excellent communicator. And most importantly, she is super organized. Bonus - on the very small chance that you have a question and she isn’t quite sure of the answer, she has no problem saying she isn’t sure but will find out. And she does. During our escrow, the seller was a little slow getting some of his requirements taken care of and Jessica was on it! She had a plan A, plan B and plan C depending on what he ended up doing. Made everything super smooth and painless. We will work with her again for sure.
