•Desare did a great job helping us find exactly the kind of property that we were looking for and were able to smoothly get it. Me and my husband are very picky, its really hard to impress both of us but the Skye Louis Realty team did it. Being first time buyers we had our own apprehensions but Skye Louis Realty team supported us throughout every aspect of our purchase. They never pushed us on any offer but at the same time provided us with all the needed guidance. A special thanks to Desare our showing agent who made every effort to work as per our schedule, she is such a good listener and a good human being . Desare and the Skye Louis Realty Team were a joy to work with. The last time we bought a home, it was a very lengthy and time consuming process, with multiple appointments at different offices, 100% wetsigs, and pretty confusing. The Skye Louis Realty Team has streamlined the entire process, it was MINIMALLY disruptive to our day to day lives. Almost everything was done via electronic signatures, and there were no surprises. They were available to us any day any time should we have any questions, but we had almost none, because they are so thorough in all their explanations and information. Should we ever sell our new place (doubtful, it's AMAZING!) we will for sure use the Skye Louis Realty Team again.
They were fantastic partners in buying a house.
