•Being out of town home buyers with no knowledge of the area you are moving to is no easy task. Ted was very considerate of the process and suggested taking us on an exploratory trip to learn about the surrounding area. We were able to narrow our search with great confidence. Ted is very knowledgable and approachable which made things much easier. He provided honest input, but allowed us to determine what was best for our family. We never felt rushed during the process and he was available when we needed him. If we had questions, he had answers or found them for us. The fast moving Atlanta market provided many challenges, but we were able to find a home we can be proud of. We would recommend Ted to any one searching for a home, but he specifically met our needs as first time home buyers and out of town home buyers. We our also proud to call him a friend.
