•We have known Bob from Uptown Realty Group for many years, as he was firstly our landlord and then he helped us to buy our first home. He is very reliable, very responsive, and trustworthy. As a landlord, he was always concerned about our well-being as tenants. He always replied to our concerns nearly immediately and would always address any issues within a few hours. We are always advising people to rent a property from Bob, since in our many years in Athens OH, we would say he is the best landlord we have met and/or heard of. As a realtor, he really helped us every step of the way, very patiently and resourceful every time. He does know a lot about the process, and he knows a lot of people who can help you along the process too. If we were to buy a house again, we would definitively call him.
