I met Chris through a professional association we both belong to. Chris Baynes is a true professional. His style is not at all high pressure. Chris likes to "help" people, not "sell" people. He really understands how to guide you though the preparation of your home for sales process with a realistic approach. While my wife and I have considered selling our house, Chris has advised us on what to spend our money on to make our house appealing and to bring the highest return on that investment. He is highly knowledgeable about the housing market and what it takes to get your house sold. Nobody in this business knows "customer service" better that Chris.
