•When we decided to entertain the thought of moving out of the Omaha area, Nikki quickly started helping us look for a new house in our new area of interest and did not give up until the perfect house was found. Since we had worked with her previously, both buying and selling, she knew what we liked. She provided excellent suggestions on houses to look at, advise on negotiating a purchase price, and helped us close the deal quickly. She also offered excellent advice on when to list our house, guidance on getting the house ready for listing photos, helpful suggestions on areas in the house that needed attention and successfully found the perfect buyer for our house. She was always quick to respond to our many questions and help us maintain a positive attitude. She kept us aware of any updates or concerns throughout our journey. We are hopeful we are done moving, however, will not hesitate to recommend Nikki whenever we have a chance.
