•Jon helped us with an out of town move. We started the process over a thousand miles away from our new home. Jon was willing to give us the insight into the areas, shoot it straight, even if it wasn't something we wanted to hear, for example, pictures really can be deceiving, Jon with his knowledge and expertise was able to tell us about cheap builds, less than desirable neighborhoods, and steer us towards a quality purchase. We have been in our new home for a little over a month and a half now and we love it!! If you are moving from out of town you won't find someone more willing to go the extra mile for you. Examples include face time walk throughs and being on site within 30 minutes in a hot market, this was especially helpful to secure properties that were desirable in a market where they were flying off as quick as they were coming on.
