•I’ m writing the review to support Julian Greaves for his competence in the real estate industry. I met Julian through Realtor.com pursing the purchase of vacant land in McCall Idaho last fall. From our 1st meeting we both felt very comfortable with each other and basically”hit it off”. After visiting 4 properties the first day we made an offer on 1 of them. Although out bid, we continued to following day. Again we made an offer and this time it was excepted. From that day Julian diligently worked with all sides for a fast closing. Julian is my go to agent for any selling or purchasing in the McCall area Dave G. La Mesa CA.
Julian is the best agent I have ever worked with. His prompt deliver of all the required documents provided me with the confidence knowing the sale would close as quick as possible.Cheers to you Julian.Dave Guidry
