10/10, would highly recommend

Kevin did an amazing job helping my wife and I find a place as first time homebuyers. It takes a lot of trust to trust someone amid such a complex process, and Kevin not only navigated it superbly but also extremely empathetically as we sought to find a place within a very narrow range of neighborhoods in East Charlotte. Kevin was consistently responsive and proactive in finding us listings to check out. He would even go out on his own to speak to potential neighbors and prospective sellers on our behalf. He was patient with us as we toured homes for several months that weren't quite a fit. He was generous in his time and resources as we negotiated with the seller, and wielded a depth of knowledge about the negotiation process, which helped us get multiple repairs made by the seller ahead of our closing date. On top of all that, Kevin was and is extremely pleasant to work with. With 20+ years of experience in Charlotte, he knows the neighborhoods and excellent contractor recommendations as well.
