•I cannot say enough good things about Julie. Our family spent months working on our home to sell it, mostly paint and packing up or removing 11 years of stuff, and we were completely overwhelmed. We had been talking to another realtor, but he was set in his strategy of low listing price and listing on a Monday, etc, etc and we just needed to get the house on the market. We contacted Julie at the advice of a friend and she worked with us to develop a plan, get the house ready for pictures, and get it on the market within a week. She gave us daily checklists to help us manage our chaos and she called us nearly everyday to make sure we were on track for professional photos. When we were maybe not going to make it, she sent her own brother out to help us finish the front yard. When we listed, we finally listed for a range price like we wanted, but she actually suggested an higher price for the high end of the range than we had thought. We were a little nervous about that, but we went into escrow with 4 offers in 4 days and got over our higher asking price despite our own hesitation and the market slowing down. Julie kept in contact every step of the way so that we understood what was going on. The entire process was a stressful whirl wind and she made it feel manageable. We cannot thank her enough.
Julie did amazing. She gave us home prep advice that made the home show great. She predicted the local market trend accurately, we had 4 offers by the 4th day of listing. She negotiated to get us higher than asking. She and her team’s personal involvement made a huge difference as well as put my wife’s mind at ease about the process of selling the house we’d made a home.Listened to her. She’s good at this.
