Knowledgeable, tactful communicator, trustworthy

I worked with Vinh for nearly a year trying to find the perfect house for me. I had ambitious goals as a first-time homebuyer: seeking to purchase a single-family house with 2-car garage, no popcorn ceiling, near/around Arvada to stay close to family, small yard, space for office or a loft, has access to multiple highways, and is close to grocery stores. We actually were about to close on a townhouse in Westminster, but due to a situation with a lender, were not able to close. I took a break for a little bit between May and September 2022 and then Vinh helped me search again. We finally found a place in Aurora -- another townhouse. The list price was excellent and while it was far, it had a lot of other pros. However, when we got to closing, literally the day we were going to sign, the sellers backed out last minute. He and his managing mortgage broker advised me to pursue litigation to get my money back! Again I took a break because I was so fatigued with how wild this market was, but when I was ready to get out and start looking again, Vinh was too! He found a gorgeous single family house in Aurora that had been flipped and we put in a competitive offer, per his advice, and they accepted that night! I am actually writing this review in my new home right now! Vinh is knowledgeable and able to tactfully communicate in difficult situations. He often told me that an offer is an offer and there's always room for negotiation. We ran into several road bumps throughout my home buying journey and he stayed cool, calm, collected the entire time. I knew I could trust him to help me find a place where I could comfortably call "home" and for a good bargain because he fought for fair prices and to open the negotiations process between me and the seller. He really advocated for me and was able to try and reason with (sometimes incredibly unreasonable) sellers to get us to closing! If I could leave one piece of advice for working with Vinh, it's: TRUST HIS ADVICE!
