•She was super knowledgeable about the specific neighborhoods and cities we were interested in and she took the time to talk to us about the whole process so there were no surprises at the end. She wanted to learn our preferences from the very start so she could show us homes we would truly enjoy. She always had our best interest at heart and was honest about certain homes and wasn’t just trying to “close the deal”. She would rather us be 100% happy and in love with the home. We truly felt taken care of like we were family. Best experience we could ask for!!
We sold our home in October, just prior to the election... at a time when pretty much everyone said "Don't do it!" Rates were up, the buyer pool was down. We were under contract on another property and really needed to sell. It was a nail biter, for sure! We asked Kim if she could get it done, and she assured us that she could. More than just assurances, she went immediately to work. She walked the house with us and gave us several tips on staging; she set expectations appropriately about pricing; she engaged an amazing photographer, then showed up on picture day with a wealth of knowledge on how things should look and even helped us move things in and out of rooms so pictures would look great! She did four open houses in two weekends, beat feet on the pavement to generate interest, put out a thousand signs (maybe only 999, I might be exaggerating), and promoted our home across multiple sales channels and networks. She worked every contact she knew. She was personally present for each open house and made sure to have great conversations with all interested parties, assisting with lending contacts if they didn't have one, understanding their needs and, more importantly, understanding if they would be a good fit for our home from all perspectives. She also worked hard to keep us in the loop at all times. Her communication was spot on! A consummate professional (and also a great human), Kim had our house under contract, with a cash buyer, in one short week. So many agents can be great when the market is on fire, when it doesn't take that much to sell. The hallmark of a truly great agent is putting in the effort required to get it done (and done quickly) in a down market, with a small buyer pool, right before an election. Not only did she sell it, but she walked out of closing with both buyers and sellers really happy with the whole transaction. We aren't planning to move again anytime soon but, if we were, I would not hesitate to call Kim. She will get it DONE!
