•David represented me in my house sale during a very "down" market. He was wonderful and experienced. He never made me feel like I should give in to the demands of a very demanding buyer, I felt like he was always watching my back. There was even a point where, both of us frustrated with the buyers requests, he told me that he would stand by me 100% if I told them "no" and we lost the sale. Now, that is someone who is watching out for you and not just in it for the bottom line. We did make the sale, thank goodness, and he helped me along the way with the closing details since I was physically not in Atlanta. David is a great person, trustworthy and knows his stuff. I would recommend him wholeheartedly and if the time comes, would use him again without hesitation.
