•I am not a fan of brokers. Paying a vig in 2019 when I can find all the listings myself bothers me. I am a HUGE fan of Ian Dios. He's a REAL genuine guy in a sea of hamptons brokers who are big on fluff and light on substance. He'll actively talk you out of a bad deal, has a real nose for value, gets things done and is incredibly patient. He's a local, born and raised and knows the market for spec homes, existing and land all incredibly well. He can see through good staging and fast talking brokers and point out the both the potential and the downside of a home. He has the pulse of the market and will ensure you don't get hosed on a deal. Equally impressively, even after signing a deal he sticks with you and genuinely cares to get you setup in your new home and make the process as easy as possible. This is our first hamptons purchase but we will be loyal to Ian for years to come. He never asked us to write a review but I felt so strongly about how great he is, I went out of my way to find a site to write him one.
