•I had a wonderful experience with Joanne Laphan, when she was helping me to buy my home. She has been in the real estate business for 34 years. She had so much knowledge and experience to share with me. She explained everything about the homes and the neighborhood that I was looking to buy in. Joanne, worked hard for me and also with the other party involved with buying my new home. She always explained everything going on, with the process of buying my home. Joanne, always returned my calls usually within 30 minutes. She always answered my questions and was very professional on the phone and in person as well. Thank you for all of your help.
My experiences with Joanne Laphan, were great! She does her job well and she makes sure that things go smooth in your buying or selling. She answers my questions and puts my mind at ease. I would never use another realtor in fl. Thank you for all your help, patients and knowledge.
I was with an agent befor her and ended up at a halt. I was given Joanne's name by a coworker and they said that she could help me out. I have to say that not only did she help me figure everything out, but she went above and beond. I will say that Joanne is the reason that I am a home owner and I will recommend her to anyone looking for a home.
