I was very impressed with Sam. From the very beginning he was determined to find us a house that was perfect for our family. He always had plenty of houses for us to look at. He would spend all day with us and gave us his full attention and great advice. He never pressured or rushed us. By the end he knew exactly what we were looking for. He was able to narrow down our search so we weren't wasting time looking at houses that weren't for us. We love our new house and he was able to get us a great deal. I would definitely recommend Sam.
