•There are many good real-estate agents out there, but Taylor is on the top shelf for many reasons. First, her ability to deliver a successful sale is evident by the way she planned a successful marketing strategy to sell our home with a tenant occupying it.Her knowledge of the current real estate market was demonstrated when she priced the house at the high end of market value, and then sold it for a bit more! As a teaser, she posted a few pictures of the exterior along with the price tag on a social media site, advertised as up and coming. Selling our home with a tenant in it had its challenges, and we wanted to respect his privacy. But Taylor skillfully coordinated 2 very brief showings so as to not disturb the tenant and in 2 days, we accepted an offer for $5k more than asking price. Taylor works smart and is trustworthy . I highly recommend Taylor for any real-estate needs.
