•Danielle Garber helped me navigate two difficult negotiations when selling and buying my new home. First was the sale of my home during difficult economic times and especially used homes. A brand new subdivision was building beautiful homes with the same specifications as mine close by plus they were offering many incentives that I couldn’t compete with. Along with the future buyers of my home did not accept my counteroffer and dropped out of negotiations. After rethinking the counteroffer and understanding they didn’t have the money to afford more I asked Danielle to contact their Realtor to see if they would be interested in my new offer. With further negotiations they accepted and my home sold. Second was the home I wanted to purchase, it was over priced with what needed to be done and the sellers, like myself, felt they had already compensated for the improvements. With more negotiations with how home sales were even worse then when they listed their home they ended up accepting my offer. They did go down the same amount I had to go down on my home to sale it. It wasn’t easy but it was accomplished thanks to Danielle. Rebecca Jennings
