Walt was very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of a home purchase.

After living in the same house for over 45 years we had no idea what to do or expect. Then we met Walt...and our anxiety about this huge change in our life vanished. We viewed about 10 condos. During each viewing Walt answered all our questions and pointed out things we overlooked. He was never pushy...he clearly wanted us to choose...not him. He also effectively guided us through the purchase. Many conversations occurred with the selling agent and our loan company...simply could not have managed this without Walt. There is not one thing that we would have changed...any buyer (or seller) would be lucky to have Walt as their agent!
